Mù Dress

The brocade textile tradition runs deep in Chinese craft history. Mù takes that archive and liberates it. The deep amber ground of this dress is covered in intricate floral scrollwork rendered in black, drawing directly from the vocabulary of classical brocade but translated into something fluid, unstructured, and entirely free.
