Please ensure all tags remain attached and the fabric is handled with care to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unworn garment in its original Tang Heritage packaging, ensuring the invoice and return form are included inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
